Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Behavior Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a field encompassing behavior analytic content and be an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

In addition to a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 annually, we provide health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K eligibility with up to 4% employer match, and employee assistance programs.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment packages
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
