About the Role:
- You will develop meaningful, evidence-based programming based on data, progress, and continuous client assessment.
- Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseloads.
- Offer family guidance necessary for programming success.
- Maintain consistent communication with treatment team members.
- Collaborate with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.
- Review data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members.
- Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
- Conduct comprehensive initial intake assessments and recurring evaluations.
- Develop discharge and transition plans for children on your caseload.
Requirements:
- Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), if applicable.
- A reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA principles.

Salary Estimate:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
