About the Role:

• You will develop meaningful, evidence-based programming based on data, progress, and continuous client assessment.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseloads.
• Offer family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain consistent communication with treatment team members.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.
• Review data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members.
• Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
• Conduct comprehensive initial intake assessments and recurring evaluations.
• Develop discharge and transition plans for children on your caseload.

Requirements:

• Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), if applicable.
• A reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA principles.

Salary Estimate:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
