Country Head of Sales and Marketing

The Country Manager will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Chilean market, identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB), implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
- Client Retention: Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Chilean market, analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
This role requires a strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
