We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at ICON, the world's largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global biotechnology company that focuses on areas with unmet medical need. As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing onsite and remote monitoring activities in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, SOPs, and study processes.
  • Verifying the protection of study participants by confirming informed consent procedures and protocol adherence to applicable regulations.
  • Ensuring the integrity of clinical data and compliance with approved protocol, GCP, applicable regulations, and SOPs.
  • Writing and submitting reports of investigational site findings and updating tracking systems.
  • Escalating observed deficiencies, issues, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Participating in audit preparation and follow-up activities as required.
  • Mentoring less experienced clinical team members or taking on advanced clinical tasks requiring negotiation skills.
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a health, life sciences, or relevant field of study.
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting clinical trials, with a strong background in onsite monitoring.
  • Prior experience in oncology is desirable.
  • Able to travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in English and the host country language (in addition to English).

A combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
