Job Overview:

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Finance Assistant to join its team and support the company's financial and administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices in compliance with legal and tax requirements.
  • Managing supplier information and ensuring accuracy and updates.
  • Assisting in managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking deadlines and performing follow-ups.
  • Supporting bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing.
  • Organizing and filing accounting and financial documents.
  • Collaborating with the team in preparing financial and performance reports.
  • Providing support during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial role, including invoice preparation and supplier management.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of financial management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
