Stryker is seeking a Medical Education Lead Specialist to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop educational content that meets customer needs and supports business objectives.
- Coordinate logistics and content delivery for medical education programs, including in-class and virtual courses.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage customers and stakeholders, and promote Stryker's products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required.
- Medical device or medical education experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish proficiency mandatory.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
