Job Description
The Account Specialist Lead plays a crucial role in driving business performance improvement within top accounts. This involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance sell-in planning, product distribution, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  2. Leverage data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners and internal stakeholders.
  4. Drive project initiatives to achieve specific objectives and improve overall performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and objectives.
  6. Maintain expertise in advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI (desired).

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commercial, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in Sales Planning, Business Planning, Demand Planning, or similar roles.
  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  4. Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
