Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Leverage data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners and internal stakeholders.
- Drive project initiatives to achieve specific objectives and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and objectives.
- Maintain expertise in advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI (desired).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commercial, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Planning, Business Planning, Demand Planning, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
