Los equipos de Ventas de Red Bull se aseguran de tener una lata de Red Bull al alcance del consumidor siempre que este lo desee, sin importar en qué lugar del mundo se encuentre.
Esto se logra mediante dos equipos de ventas orientados a los principales canales: Off Premise y On Premise.
La posición de Field Sales Account Specialist es responsable del desarrollo y manejo de estrategias de ejecución en el punto de venta.
Esto implica planificación estratégica, asignación eficiente de recursos y materiales, construcción de relaciones con gerentes de tiendas y encontrar soluciones creativas para abordar los desafíos diarios de nuestros clientes y socio distribuidor .
Los principales objetivos son aumentar los indicadores de ejecución, lo que se traduce en mayores ventas para el canal bajo su responsabilidad.
RESPONSABILIDADES Áreas que se adaptan a tus fortalezas Todas las responsabilidades que te confiaremos: Será responsable de crear el plan de ejecución para su area de influencia y su desarrollo durante el trimestre, mediante negociaciones con cada una de las tiendas.
También deberá involucrar al equipo del distribuidor (Distribution Partner) y a la agencia de merchandising para garantizar una perfecta ejecución del punto de venta.
El Field Sales Account Specialist se encarga de capacitar al equipo de mercaderistas en los conceptos de "Tienda Perfecta" y negociación de ejecución.
La capacitación se realizará a través de reuniones trimestrales y rutas de entrenamiento.
Ser el punto de contacto para facilitar las negociaciones e implementar planes estratégicos para las cadenas de tiendas y supermercados.
Máximo 1 año de experiencia en el área comercial Manejo de inglés intermedio Herramientas Office intermedio/avanzado (Excel, Power Point).
Ideal conocimientos en Power BI Licencia de conducir vigente (involucra un 70% de trabajo en terreno).
Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
