Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Power Platforms Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Microsoft Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business and software solutions to our clients using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities, as well as an understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and its applications in creating powerful solutions. They will also be able to leverage their knowledge to develop a clear understanding of clients' needs and incorporate them into a solution.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to our clients working closely with client teams and business stakeholders. This includes organising, managing, and documenting workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, and delivery team(s).
In this role, you will interface effectively with other members of the delivery team and the solution Architect to ensure that the Power Platforms solution meets client's requirements. You will also deliver high-quality business and software solutions and services to clients ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customisations.
- Key Responsibilities:
