About the Role
Strabag Chile is seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Coordinator/Recruiter to join its team in Santiago, Calama, and Rancagua. The successful candidate will report directly to the People & Culture Partner and be responsible for:
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process to attract top talent and fill open positions within the company.
- Supporting the People & Culture Partner in implementing development processes in projects and the central office, including onboarding, exit interviews, performance management, and training.
- Reporting P&C KPIs to the People & Culture Partner.
- Assisting in the implementation of change and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in similar HR roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Organizational Development, Recruitment and Selection, User Support, and Training.
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel.
- Upper-intermediate level proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
