This position is part of the _Sales team_ located in Latam (Colombia or Chile are preferred) and will be_ _remote

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Main point of contact for customers, consultant engineers, contractors and representatives.
- Create, nurture and management pipeline with the use of Trojan CRM
- Increase sales and profits by meeting assigned targets for profitable sales voume and margin
- Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contact, trade seminar/shows product demonstrations/evaluations and channel management
- Takes actions and makes decisions that support the business culture. Ability to develop and execute a business plan and manage territory as it is one's own business.
- Uses Funnel Management metrics, KPI, and forecasting to self-manage productivity.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor of Science; Engineering or technical degree preferred
- 5+ years of successful technical sales / channel management /customer facing experience
- Fluent in English and spanish written and spoken. Portuguese will be a plus.
- Will require to travel across LATAM based on business priorities (could be in excess of 50% of the time).
