Job Details:

We're seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to contribute to our project on a freelance basis (4-month project). The ideal candidate will be an experienced data analyst with strong analytical and communication skills, passionate about working with data to drive research-driven insights for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, verifying, and processing data from various sources; using analytics tools to analyze campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Creating PowerPoint reports through automated processes using Tableau and Rollstack to present marketing campaign results to clients.
  • Supporting and updating existing dashboards in Tableau, as well as creating new ones for campaign performance and key metric analysis.
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses in campaigns and preparing recommendations for improvement.
  • Working with data in Excel to perform additional analytical operations, such as ROI analysis, cleaning, and organizing data for further processing.
  • Delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Designing and implementing data visualization solutions to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
  • Resolving discrepancies through regular data quality checks.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to improve campaigns.
  • Presenting findings and insights to clients and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Following department processes for tracking work and documentation.
  • Understanding pharmaceutical company data/processes is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of analytics experience in healthcare and/or marketing.
  • Primary Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau.
  • Technical Knowledge: advanced SQL.
  • Additional Skills: Python, SPSS (preferable but not required).
  • Soft Skills: analytical thinking, storytelling based on data, attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting data insights.
  • High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple reporting projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients.
  • Proactive, independent approach to stakeholder engagement and customer needs.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in strategic account management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing and industry-specific metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with unstructured/semi-structured data and/or digital analytics is desirable.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, and/or Google Analytics, Azure) is a plus.
