About This Role

This Global Sourcing Leader position plays a key role in our efforts to optimize global procurement and reduce costs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency gains.
  2. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure best possible terms.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  4. Evaluate demand requirements and conduct analysis to identify bundling effects and framework contracts.
  5. Implement procurement awareness initiatives and monitor spend to ensure accuracy of purchase orders.

Requirements

  • University degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role in a state-of-the-art procurement organization.
  • Practical expertise in procurement processes and category management.
  • Experience in managing negotiations and supplier relationship management.
  • Fluent business Spanish and English language skills.
