  • Manage daily lead generation and client interactions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in REIsift and Kixie a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation: $5 - $10 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
