**Job Description**
">This is a full-time contract position based in Santiago, Chile, with a duration of 8 months (May to December). The successful candidate will be responsible for continuing to implement the resource mobilization plan, putting into action the fundraising and alliances strategy. This may include identifying needs with Office Specialists, informing them on donor trends and funding opportunities, strengthening capacities for resource mobilization, actively researching funding and partnership opportunities, contributing to the formulation of concept notes and project proposals, securing smooth and regular communication with existing donors, and more.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 10 years of relevant experience in resource mobilization for the non-profit sector. You must have proven successful engagement with main donors, including the private sector, as well as experience in supporting the organization of regional events and launching fundraising initiatives. You should also have results-oriented mindset, flexibility, adaptability to changing needs, teamwork skills, and ability to communicate well in a multicultural environment. A Master's degree in business administration, public management, development studies, international relations, project management, communication, marketing or other fields relevant to partnerships building is required.
