This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a defined target list of physicians and practitioners in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Sr. Associate, Pharmaceutical Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs of all partners are met within compliance guidelines while developing relationships and maintaining an active presence in the pharmaceutical community.

The typical day in this role includes:

  • BUILDING disease awareness with key partners through validated understanding of treatment initiation processes and patient identification.
  • COLLABORATING with partners, internally and externally, on prior authorization, payor restrictions, reimbursement stipulations, and patient referrals to support patient access.
  • MANAGING the sales budget and growing sales across the territory through development of impactful territory plans and engaging communications.
  • EMPLOYING business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
  • GROWING relationships and communications with all partners and communities to develop solid understanding of treatment algorithms and business dynamics within accounts.
  • IMPLEMENTING compliant and medically relevant programs to effect significant customer satisfaction and sales.
  • COVERING and visiting all customers in the area of responsibility according to their importance and potential.
  • MANAGING accounts for all business-related aspects (sales, negotiation, development, relation with owner and managers, define solutions for customer needs).
  • DEVELOPING excellent and fruitful relations with customers and opinion leaders.
  • PARTICIPATING, developing, and conducting different meetings and events (congresses, round tables, trainings).
  • ESTABLISHING and presenting action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • PLANNING and tracking agreed account metrics and clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly.
  • KEEPING constant touch on market evolution.
  • COORDINATING trainings, informative programs, and product presentations.
  • PROSPECTING the market for new accounts and identifying growth opportunities.

This position requires:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.).
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 2 Years of Proven Experience.
  • Territory: West Palm Beach, Florida.

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
