Position: Medical Biller

Experience Required: Open Dental Software

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and submit insurance claims using Open Dental software
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries from patients and insurance companies
  • Maintain and update patient billing records
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Medical Biller, preferably in a dental practice
  • Proficiency in Open Dental software is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of dental billing codes and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
