As a Field Marketing Specialist at Red Bull, you will be responsible for building the local face of the company in your region. You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with the company's global and national strategies. This includes creating and executing programs to build brand image, drive consumer trial, and increase understanding of the product functionality on a local level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies and initiatives that align with Red Bull's global and national priorities

• Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to create and execute programs to build brand image and drive consumer trial

• Identify and leverage local heroes and influencers in relevant Red Bull scenes to build brand awareness and drive consumer engagement

• Support the national operations team to manage product stock and logistics

• Develop and execute new ideas that are locally relevant and complement global and national initiatives

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a field marketing role

• Strong analytical, planning, budgetary, and project management skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including training abilities

• Self-motivated, friendly, loyal, and interested in working with people
