**Product Development and Optimization Specialist - Concepción / Santiago**

ARAUCO busca a profesionales universitarios de** Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Comercial, en Maderas o afín,** con **al menos 2 años de experiência en rubro forestal, construcción, industrial o marketing**, para desempeñarse como **Product Development and Optimization Specialist **en Concepción o Santiago.

El objetivo del cargo es liderar el proceso de desarrollo de productos nuevos e innovadores en que aporten al EBITDA del negocio de maderas de todos los países donde el Negocio tiene operaciones Productivas o de Ventas. Además, monitorear constantemente las decisiones de ventas de todos los países del negocio de maderas, en búsqueda de oportunidades de optimización de las decisiones de venta, con el objetivo de maximizar las capacidades actuales o futuras que posee el negocio de maderas.

Entre sus principales funciones encontramos:

- Buscar oportunidades de desarrollo de nuevos productos a comercializar en TODO el negocio de maderas, basado en la experiência de operaciones y/o los equipos de ventas.
- Cuestionar las decisiones de los modelos de venta, buscando siempre maximizar el margen a largo plazo de negocio de maderas.
- Apoyar a los equipos comerciales en las propuestas de precios de ventas de productos nuevos en nuevos mercados o mercados ya existentes.
- Participar de los cierres de planes de ventas de Chile.
- Generar redes de contactos nuevos o reforzar los existentes (proveedores, plantas, clientes u otros) para buscar nuevas oportunidades de productos y nuevos negocios de largo plazo. Para realizar lo anterior, es fundamental mantener contacto directo y presencial con las partes interesadas.

Buscamos profesionales orientados al trabajo en equipo, capaces de establecer adecuadas relaciones laborales con distintos níveles y organismos tanto internos como externos a la organización.

Requisitos formales:

- Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Comercial, en Maderas o afín
- Desde 2 años de experiência en rubro forestal, construcción, industrial o marketing
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Deseable licencia de conducción clase B
- Deseable manejo de ingles oral y escrito
- Disponibilidad para desempeñarse por reemplazo pre y post natal
