We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Wesco. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities. You will interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be expected to own a book of large and complex accounts and demonstrate expertise in all aspects of the inside sales process. You will work closely with other teams, including marketing and outside sales, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Own a book of large and complex accounts and demonstrate expertise in all aspects of the inside sales process.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and outside sales, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
