As a Dynamics CE Functional Architect, you will play a vital role in driving Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, from discovery to deployment. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout all project phases, effectively managing associated issues and risks while ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all project phases, effectively managing associated issues and risks while ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements.
  3. Identify client sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings.
  4. Design and lead system architecture processes, partnering with the Development Team to create specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements.
  5. Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation.
  6. Develop and refine CRM implementation standards and tools.
  7. Present tailored technology solution demonstrations.
  8. Maintain consistency with the Hitachi Pillars of Strength.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Strong CRM industry and product knowledge.
  2. 6+ years of Dynamics CE (CRM) experience as a Functional Consultant or Architect.
  3. 4+ years of experience in system design (8+ years for a Senior Architect).
  4. 4+ years of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, etc. (8+ years for a Senior Architect).
  5. Familiarity with relational database concepts.
  6. Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements and business process elicitation & documentation.
  7. Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  8. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
Desired Education and Skills
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  2. Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus (such as MB-200, MB-210-240, MB-600, MB2-710, +/or MB2-716).
  3. Business Analysis Certification (CBAP or similar) is a plus.
  4. Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence experience are a plus.
  5. Experience in manufacturing, insurance, and/or banking industries is a plus.
  6. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools is a plus.
