About the RoleThe Professional Services Consulting area is responsible for providing fee-for-service consulting services to clients. As a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist, you will design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions, including architectural system design.
You will facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, developing implementation plans based on identified needs. You will provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers, supporting the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions.
In this role, you will handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship. You will also advise on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team.
What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related technical disciplines
- Strong experience as a technical consultant or systems administrator, combined with a solid background in service design and delivery with some business analysis experience
- A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills (including at C-level)
- Proven track record in implementing solutions, including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
