**The Role Overview**
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Remote Lead Development Specialist at Select Assistants. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the sales process.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify referral sources, key decision-makers, and industry insights, translating your findings into actionable data that informs our sales strategy.
- CMS Management: Oversee the maintenance of our CRM system (Follow Up Boss), ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate, and that all leads have clear next steps.
- Outreach and Engagement: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage with potential leads and foster meaningful relationships.
- Post-Meeting Support: Provide timely follow-up communications, address inquiries, and clearly define next steps, maintaining open lines of communication with the sales team.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Serve as a liaison between lead development and sales teams, sharing essential insights, updates, and feedback to ensure our sales reps are equipped to succeed.
About You
- Professional Background: A strong background in sales, lead generation, or data mining, with a proven track record of success.
- Tech Competence: Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Follow Up Boss) and ability to manage complex data sets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling emails and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Independence and Motivation: Self-starting, highly motivated individual with the capacity to work independently and achieve results in a remote environment.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the trim industry or related sectors is advantageous, though not necessary.
