Job Title: Digital Customer Success Expert, LATAM

Description

As a Digital Customer Success Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Digital Customer Success (DCS) platform across various customer locations in Latin America. You will work closely with our Digital Operational Team to onboard customers, train users, and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer operations to drive successful execution.
  • Ensure all technical requirements are met for DCS implementation.
  • Onboard customers and lead change management within their operational teams.
  • Provide continuous field support and training to ensure correct usage of tools and platforms.
  • Promote the value of our product with customers' operational teams.
  • Leverage learnings from the field to adjust, upscale, and improve to increase delivered value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience coordinating activities across different teams remotely.
  • Experience training and supporting customers.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Expertise in achieving customer delight through interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and sharp business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience of 5 years in supply chain implementation roles.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Technical skills required for the use of our product or service.
  • Accountability and personal organization.
  • Experience in onboarding and training.
  • Communication skills.
  • Cooperating with others remotely.
  • Process and quality process knowledge.
  • Ability to understand the functionality of our software/product.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic issues faced by end-users.
  • Supply Chain knowledge: operations, planning, and logistics.
  • Ability to work with customers with limited knowledge of software products and its usage.
  • Ability to work with customers from varied cultural and economic backgrounds.
  • Co-ordination between customers, hardware technicians, and technical support.
  • Travel to multiple locations within the assigned region to support parallel implementations.
  • Change management at customer locations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering Mechanics, or Industrial Engineering.

Work Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a related field.
