Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Production Strategist to join our team in Santiago de Chile. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the content production team in CL, PE, UY and supporting Brazil.

Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the media team & media agency to implement paid media and store activities, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • You will brief and coordinate media asset requirements with local media agencies, regional production hubs, and local content editors & copywriters.
  • You will collaborate with global brand marketing & business units (production managers) to ensure a thorough understanding of paid media campaigns.
  • You will develop and manage the content production strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive omni sales performance and customer-centricity.
  • You will lead the creation and distribution of paid media & store content, securing tight collaboration with your team, production hub, media agency, and store teams.
  • You will stay fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan to anticipate asset production needs for paid media and store communications, leading this process.
Requirements
  • You have a strong commercial focus, being insight and data-driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals.
  • You possess a structured marketer background with good knowledge of media content and formats, as well as the ability to coordinate multiple teams.
  • You have worked on client-side or media/creative agencies with the production of marketing content.
  • You hold a marketing, media or production manager degree/relevant qualifications – if not, at least 3-5 years of working experience in marketing or media roles in agency or client side.
  • You are an expert in formats and assets for paid media (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print, etc).
  • You have a good understanding of printed formats and communication used in retail stores.
  • You possess a good understanding of the local media landscape and how media agencies operate.
  • You are a structured, organized, and efficient individual with good analytical ability.
  • You have a high level of English and a positive attitude to change, embracing challenges and persevering in the face of failure.
  • You desire to learn, put effort into building new skills, learn from mistakes, ask for feedback, and learn from it.
  • You find inspiration in the success of others.
