Job Description

As a Lead Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the logistics operations of assigned accounts.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that all shipments are handled efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with external customers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers, adhering to our company values at all times.

To achieve this, you will need to possess strong planning and execution capabilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations or customer services roles within international transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree in international commerce, administration, economy, engineering careers, or related areas is also required.
