We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Brookfield Properties. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective residents, identifying their housing needs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with prospective residents to discuss their housing needs and preferences
- Conduct applicant screening processes and prepare correspondence based on the results
- Prepare leases and related leasing addendums, and maintain accurate records
- Support the timely input and proper use of on-site property management software
- Ensure apartments are ready for occupancy by inspecting and preparing move-in products
- Provide ongoing customer service to residents after move-in
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Customer Service or Hospitality preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in leasing or sales required
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on the needs of the property
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
