- ** Zona de trabajo**: Providencia, Región Metropolitana, Chile.
- ** Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.
- ** Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial.
- ** Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado.

**¿**Cuál es tu día a día**?**
- Gestión comercial sobre activos definidos por su superior para el arriendo de oficinas
- Definición de estrategias comerciales en conjunto con su superior para cada activo definido en el portafolio del área
- Desarrollo de relaciones comerciales con otros corredores de propiedades del mercado
- Gestión, supervisión y realización de visitas comerciales personalizadas
- Generación de reportes e informes de gestiones según lo definido por el supervisor
- Desarrollo de cartas de oferta y negociación de contratos
- Asistencia a reuniones de coordinación comercial
- Estudio de las condiciones macro y microeconómicas del mercado de oficinas de Santiago
- Gestión y desarrollo de herramientas de comunicación y de marketing definidos para el área y por activo
- Seguimiento a clientes y prospectos arrendatarios
- Estudio de antecedentes técnicos sobre activos de la cartera del área Agency Leasing
- Liderar procesos comerciales para cierre exitoso de negociaciones y firma de contratos
- Inclusión de términos comerciales en borradores de contrato de arriendo. Apoyo al equipo legal de clientes
- Gestión de firma de contratos de arriendo
- Gestión de vacancia
- Efectuar otras labores de apoyo al equipo según sea requerido por su supervisor.
- Cumplir todas las políticas, procedimientos, normas y principios de la empresa.

**S**e **requiere**
- Alta capacidad de gestión comercial y de atracción de nuevos clientes.
- Conocimiento en Real Estate
- Estudio técnico o universitario completo.
- Inglés intermedio alto para conversar con clientes.
