Job Description:

In this role, you will hold a key position in shaping our HR operations strategy and crafting a distinctive employee journey experience. You will collaborate closely with the broader People team and the business to drive the realization of our Employee Value Proposition and align it with our business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Life Cycle Management: You will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle in your Region, from onboarding through to off-boarding.
  2. Ticket Response and Resolution: You will respond promptly to employees' queries in our ticketing system.
  3. HRBP Collaboration: You will work closely with HR Business Partners on compensations, mid-year, annual reviews processes, and ER issues.
  4. Payroll Coordination: You will coordinate with the payroll team to resolve payroll-related queries.
  5. Benefits Escalation: You will escalate benefits queries to the Benefits team.
  6. System Issues Escalation: You will work closely with the HRIS team to escalate any system issues.
  7. Policy Development and Advice: You will design and develop HR policies and procedures.
  8. Record Keeping and Compliance: You will maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  9. Recommendations and Mentoring: You will provide meaningful recommendations to challenges related to performance, conduct, compliance, and mobility.
