Job Overview
The Senior Key Account Business Development Manager is responsible for maximizing the performance of top accounts through effective sell-in planning, product distribution, and insights-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sell-in plans based on historical data to maximize KPIs performance.
  2. Evaluate and optimize product distribution across stores to ensure accurate assortment.
  3. Analyze market trends and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with the Key Account Management team to deliver reliable data and support business decisions.
  5. Work closely with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless execution.
  6. Maintain advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI (desired).
  7. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commercial, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Sales Planning, Business Planning, Demand Planning, or similar roles.
  3. Strong numerical analysis skills and KPI management.
  4. Intermediate English proficiency.
  5. Future career aspirations for sales roles and functions.
