Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regulatory strategies, identifying preferable markets in the region from which to operate.
- Participate in regulatory agency interactions, engage with relevant regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and policymakers to shape the regulatory landscape for crypto-asset service providers, advocating for policies that promote innovation while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Analyze local regulatory proposals, advise the business on potential regulatory risks and opportunities, drive initiatives to influence regulatory frameworks, and monitor for change across regulations to ensure proactive compliance.
- Contribute to obtaining necessary license approvals in identified markets, where appropriate.
