About the Role
The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for independently supporting and advising FI stakeholders on all financial matters. You will rely on close partnerships with department heads and stakeholders to create meaningful management reports that drive business success and inform decision-making.
You will perform financial analysis on trends, financial structures, assets, cash, and liabilities, among other areas. Additionally, you will analyze and monitor key performance indicators, creating regular reports for management.
Your responsibilities will also include developing standard models and reporting for monthly monitoring of key financial indicators. As an advisor, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex problems across multiple departments and functional areas.
Furthermore, you will participate in cross-functional finance initiatives focused on innovation, digitization, and automation in operational and strategic accounting and controlling.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, with at least 3 years of commercial work experience.
- Solid business management expertise, including revenue recognition, FCF, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial SAP applications, as well as a high affinity for digitalizing and automating financial processes.
- Fluency in English and comfort working in an international group.
- An ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise presentations for management.
- Strong planning, organizational, teamwork, results-oriented, and assertive skills.
