We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to provide professional leadership in construction estimating, focusing on high-growth healthcare projects in the Florida region.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for all estimating functions, including value engineering, alternative and comparative studies. They will drive growth across the Florida region, lead lump sum and design-build bids, and utilize advanced analytical processes to ensure accurate estimated costs.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain expertise in construction estimating software, such as WinEst, OST, SmartBid, Excel, and Word.
- Provide complete estimates, derive systems quantities for Building Information Models (BIM), and present estimates to bid reviews.
- Lead a team of estimators for large, complex projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
- 10+ years of experience/knowledge in construction estimating.
- Vast background in project estimating, with values circa $100 million.
- Familiarity with hard-bid, design-build, and alternative delivery estimates.
$150,000 - $180,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
