As a Sr HRIS Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your skills and expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Participate in project teams, maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  2. System Support: Perform routine system maintenance and support cyclical processes for Advanced Compensation.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, specifically the Compensation CoE, to understand and meet their requirements.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for possible process improvements (administrative, training, support processes).
  5. System Expertise: Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) around the system including feature recommendations, system limitations, recommending best usage of the system to map with internal processes, etc.
  6. Prototype and Testing: Coordinate and contribute to prototype and test preparation sessions.
  7. Quality Assurance: Work with the configuration team and testers to ensure all features and updates are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
  8. End-User Support: Support end-users by troubleshooting, addressing queries, and gathering feedback.

Your Profile:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably working with HR systems.
  3. Technical Skills: At least 2 years of experience using Workday in a functional HR support or administrative role, preferably supporting Compensation processes.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for direct stakeholder interaction, ability to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions, strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, proven ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities, excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
