Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing manager role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a B2C space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and identify trends.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Create compelling email content, including subject lines, preheaders, and body copy.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
- Ensure email compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for various marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to communicate our brand identity and value proposition effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and industry experts to amplify the organization's message and reach new audiences.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers who can positively impact the organization's reputation and brand perception.
- Formulate and create a PR Kit and integrate article placement for brand identity across all communication channels.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing manager role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a B2C space.
- Excellent communication skills, highly required.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across digital and traditional channels.
- Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
