Position: Account Executive

This role seeks a curious and energetic individual with technology knowledge and value-based solution selling expertise. As a 'General Manager' in this position, you'll map account strategies, align resources, and act as an extension of your customer. You'll work closely with product specialists to determine the best approach for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to understand their challenges and goals.
  • Evaluate the Salesforce Platform to identify solutions that will help customers achieve their business objectives and drive innovation within their organizations.
  • Contribute to our Ohana's growth and success as a valued member.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
  • Effective planning and strategy execution to meet sales targets by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Excellent research and discovery skills to uncover prospect processes, challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Able to identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs through a deep understanding of technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers clearly, concisely, and timely using various methods and tools.
  • Able to leverage available resources and tools to drive results.
  • Skilled at team selling and collaborating with the account team and partners to support deals and customer success.
