Job Description
This position plays a critical role in executing the day-to-day operations of our Pharmacovigilance (PV) system, ensuring high-functioning systems across assigned regions. Reporting directly to the PV Operational Team Lead or Regional PV Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the provision of metrics that oversee all aspects of the PV system's performance and functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of local and regional procedures in line with corporate policies and regulations.
- Perform impact assessments of new or updated corporate policies, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with PV Exception Reporting/CAPA process and business continuity planning.
- Develop and maintain the local Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) in accordance with AbbVie's PV system master file and local/regional regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmacovigilance or a related field.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong commitment to compliance with relevant rules and procedures.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to complete tasks with high quality.
