About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to join our QA team at NielsenIQ. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of our surveys and data collection processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Testing: Detect and report software problems in various versions (web, desktop, mobile) before surveys go live.
  • Data Validation: Verify that all data registration is recorded accurately and as expected.
  • Data Extraction and Programming: Extract and program data files (Excel, SPSS) to ensure seamless data analysis.
  • Survey Testing: Conduct thorough testing of our web-based, mobile, and desktop surveys to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Bug Reporting: Identify and report bugs to the scripting team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Survey Understanding: Confirm comprehensive and logical understanding of survey questions to ensure accurate data collection.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SPSS software and data-working knowledge (Excel, SPSS).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Desirable Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, scripting, and intermediate English proficiency.
