Key Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Payable Processes: Oversee the daily processing of customer invoicing and collections, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement Tungsten System: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition of the Tungsten system in the LATAM region.
- PO Line Receptions: Follow up and control the receipt of PO line receptions to ensure accurate entry of supplier invoices.
- Supplier Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for suppliers regarding invoice entry and payment.
- Administrative Support: Contribute to administrative tasks for the regional team, including preparation of information for external accountants and monthly closing.
- Expense Claims: Manage and control employee expense claims in Chile.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as required to support the FSSC Latam team and different branches.
- Technical Degree: Hold a technical degree in accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable activities.
- Knowledge: Possess knowledge of electronic invoicing processes, balance sheets, and internal control frameworks.
- Skills: Demonstrate good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to ask questions.
- Language: Fluency in English is an advantage, as is knowledge of JD Edwards.
