Pago Facil Tecnologia SpA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate project meetings, including Walkthrough Compliance meetings, and ensure accurate note-taking and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, including scheduling and budget information, tasks, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing status reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No relevant experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
