At Pago Facil Tecnologia SpA, we're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to assist our project managers in ensuring projects are carried out according to plan. As a key member of our team, you'll provide daily coordination of projects and serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project teams, and line management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in drafting reports that include scheduling and budget information, tasks, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervene when necessary.
  • Assess project issues and assist in developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing status reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No relevant experience required.

Desired Skills and Capabilities:

  • Acquires and applies job skills, and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes.
