Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Microsoft Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business and software solutions to our clients using your expertise in Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the delivery of business and software solutions to clients working closely with client teams and stakeholders.
  • Organize, manage, and document workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with client representatives and project stakeholders.
  • Interface effectively with other team members and the solution architect to ensure that the solution meets client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities.
  • An understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and being able to leverage it to create powerful solutions.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge of new functionality in Microsoft platforms and certifications.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and solutions in line with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
