About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Move2Play. As an integral part of our Ecommerce operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Amazon FBA and Ecommerce operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon FBA Listings: Ensure that all Amazon FBA listings are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with Amazon's policies.
  • Monitor Inventory Levels: Track inventory levels across all sales channels and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Work closely with manufacturers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to coordinate import shipments and manage warehouse stock.
  • Analyze Supply Chain Processes: Track, analyze, and report on all supply chain processes, including purchasing, receiving, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Develop Demand Forecasts: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishment shipments for Amazon (US, UK, CAD), Walmart, and 3PL warehouses.
  • Resolve Inventory Issues: Resolve any inventory issues that may arise, update product detail pages, and create variations within Amazon and Walmart platforms.
  • Maintain Forecasting Models: Maintain weekly and monthly forecasting models to optimize stock levels and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure successful new product launches.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or forecasting.
  • 2+ years of direct experience managing an Amazon 3P business through Seller Central.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills – Be prepared for a test.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills – Must be fluent in English (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work USA EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
  • Remote Work – Must have a quiet home office setup with fast, reliable internet.
