Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at TOTAL Deutschland GmbH. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial professional with a strong background in planning, analysis, and budgeting to take on a key role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for our Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region operations. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for MENA region operations
  • Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategic recommendations to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement financial processes and procedures
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and stakeholders
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • More than 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial management/cost control
  • Qualified finance professional with Post Graduation/Masters degree (preferred)
  • Good communication skills, SAP knowledge, MS Office
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Fluent written and spoken French is a big plus
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
