IQVIA Argentina is a leading healthcare company seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our core Compensation and Advanced Compensation product development process.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the core Compensation and Advanced Compensation product development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our HR system (Workday).
- Participate in project teams as a Core Compensation champion, maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Engage with stakeholders, specifically the Compensation CoE, to understand and meet their requirements.
- Identify areas for possible process improvements (administrative, training, support processes).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably working with HR systems.
- At least 2 years of experience using Workday in a functional HR support or administrative role, preferably supporting Compensation processes.
- Strong communication skills for direct stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions.
