The Position
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. You will work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate with existing designers and engineers daily.
- Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to design and deliver products to our clients.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- +5 years of professional Product Design experience.
- Advanced English skills required.
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A FOUR-YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE REQUIRED.
- Meaningful experience in UX/UI design.
- Experience in designing UI for games or gamified applications.
- Meaningful experience in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
- Ability to identify with the goals of our clients and dedicate yourself to delivering commitments.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 annually
