Job Summary
Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Quotation Engineer to support our commercial operations in Santiago de Chile.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage technical and commercial quotes for stock and special products, ensuring timely delivery and accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Distribution, Projects, and Commercial Management, to prepare and deliver quotes that meet customer needs.
- Monitor and track the status of customer quotes, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution of any issues.
- Provide technical and commercial information to customers, including product availability, negotiated prices, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and management systems, including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Engineer in industrial or electrical execution.
- Two years' experience in commercial or related areas, with a focus on quotations and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and management systems, including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English language proficiency (B2).
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
