Orthopaedic Physiotherapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Orthopaedic Team as a permanent full-time Specialist Physiotherapist-Orthopaedics.
This role involves working on a complex and varied caseload incorporating patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge planning.
You will be clinically responsible for rotational staff, support worker staff and students, inducting, training and managing staff daily.
- You will lead in service development and service change within the team.
- You will participate in CPD, audit and research, developing your skills through the 4 pillars of practice.
The shift pattern for this position is TBC. The post holder will participate in the physiotherapy emergency on call and weekend rota.
