Job Description Cisco Datacenter/Service Provider EngineerWe are seeking a skilled engineer to provide managed high-level service following industry best practices to ensure platforms remain operational. Main Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems, restoring customer service through incident management until resolution.
- Ensure Service Level Agreement conditions are met.
- Provide support for Service Provider and Data Center platforms for incidents, requests and root cause analysis.
- High-level escalation for clients, engineers and the team in general, in high complexity technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Connectivity and Networks, Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
- Certification in CCNP: Service Provider and/or Data Center (Exclusive).
- More than 5 years of experience in support roles.
- Intermediate level technical English (will be evaluated).
- Certifications in professional level cyber security, service providers or CISCO - Juniper vendors.
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity and Firewall Management of at least one of the following platforms: Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5 (desirable certifications related).
- Experience in service providers.
- Intermediate conversational level English.
