As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring standards for operational performance in the areas of safety, security, availability, capacity, employee engagement and development, and cost of all data centers in a specific region.
You will need to stay on top of the long-term strategy as well as the operating details of your organization to ensure urgent tactical issues are closed and the teams are taking steps to head off customer impacting risks and issues.
We seek a proven leader with operational strength and experience building and leading geographically dispersed teams while also having driving improvements across the global AWS organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of teams accountable for safe and secure installation, operation, and maintenance of data center mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
- Oversight of teams responsible for installation, repair, and decommissioning of data centre IT hardware and network devices.
- Performance management of key vendors such as maintenance vendors in line with management goals.
